Usinage JV. Tech Inc. was founded in 2007 by Mr. Jimmy Vachon and has continued to grow since then. It specializes in the machining of complex high-precision parts for the aeronautics, recreational, medical, agricultural, industrial and energy sectors.

After its humble beginnings in a small location in Magog, the company now employs about 15 people, working at a facility of over 6,000 sq.ft. According to Mr. Vachon, growth trend remains constant and regular investments in new equipment are needed to keep up with the increasing demand and meet specific customer and market needs.

The CAE Memphrémagog has been involved in every stage since the creation of the company, primarily for the acquisition of equipment in response to our needs as they arose. Mr. Vachon explains: “My strengths are in manufacturing and I benefited considerably from the expertise of the CAE’s advisor who helped me, for a while, to closely monitor my monthly financial statements. She gave me sound advice on how to better manage my business and achieve a well-balanced growth. I received about five loans, some of which covered the entire purchase of new equipment.
